Delivery and Timeline

Production times vary by package: Trial Stories typically take 7-10 days, while larger packs are delivered on a rolling schedule.

Videos are delivered via a private, unlisted YouTube channel created specifically for your family.

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including technical issues or incomplete information from you.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • If we cannot complete your order due to technical limitations
  • If there is a material error in the final product that we cannot correct
  • If you cancel before production has begun (full refund)
  • If you cancel after production has started (partial refund, at our discretion)

To request a refund, contact us with your order details. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Content and Intellectual Property

Regarding content and intellectual property:

  • You retain ownership of your voice recordings and personal information
  • Coco Stories retains copyright to the animated video content, characters, and visual elements
  • You receive a personal license to use the final videos for non-commercial purposes within your family
